Install Windows without a Microsoft account.

Why ?
This method is an alternative to the soon-to-be removed «BypassNRO» and «start ms-cxh:localonly» methods.
How it works ?
This method uses an unattend.xml file to create a local account. Nothing more, nothing less.

How to use ?
Like other methods: in OOBE, open a command prompt by pressing SHIFT+F10 and run the curl command above.
You will be prompted to enter user name or to keep the default one ("Admin").
